Support for people between the ages of 11-25 who need support around the gender identity and/or sexuality, including mental health, alcohol, drugs, housing, and related areas. Wherever you are now, we won't judge or write you off. We're Waythrough.

Supporting young LGBT+ people aged 11-25 and their families in County Durham, Sunderland and South Tyneside.
Billy’s Lifeline
We are dedicated to supporting families and loved ones who have lost someone to suicide. We offer both short and long-term support regardless of how long it has been since your loved one has passed, we are here to support you practically, emotionally, and therapeutically through your journey.

If you, or someone you know, is experiencing a mental health crisis, you can now call NHS 111 and select option 2 for urgent mental health support.
Social Prescribing
The Sunderland Social Prescribing Service will work with you to find out ‘what matters to you.’ The team will then support you in your own community.
