If you, or someone you know, are unable to leave home unaccompanied due to a physical or mental illness or disability, Specsavers can come to you and perform a home eye test.

The Alzheimer’s Society provide a Dementia Support Line.
If you’re affected by dementia or worried about a diagnosis, or if you care for someone with dementia, their trained staff are ready to give you the support that you need.

The District Nurse Team provide holistic nursing care to housebound patients preventing unnecessary hospital admission and allowing patients to be cared for in their own home or chosen environment.

Essence Service
The Essence Service provide a free and dedicated service for people who have been diagnosed with mild to moderate dementia and their carers, as well as a pre-diagnostic support for those who may be on the pathway to a diagnosis.
