Waythrough LGBT+ Service

Waythrough provide support for people between the ages of 11-25 who need support around the gender identity and/or sexuality, including mental health, alcohol, drugs, housing, and related areas.

Sunderland Social Prescribing Service

Social Prescribers will work with you to find out ‘What matters to you’. The team will then support you in your own community to look at activities and services that can improve your situation.
