Alcoholics Anonymous Sunderland (AA)
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership; we are selfsupporting through our own contributions. A.A. is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.

Free psychological therapies for patients experiencing common mental health problems including depression and anxiety disorders.Services include; CBT, Interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), Guided self-help, Self-help courses
Growing Healthy Sunderland
Growing Healthy Sunderland provides an integrated Public Health service for expectant mothers, children and young people and their families in the city.
Sunderland Integrated Musculoskeletal Service (SIMS)(MSK)
We are a team of specialist physiotherapists, GPs and Consultants with expertise in conditions affecting mobility, function and wellbeing. We can provide full assessment, treatment and rehabilitation as well as access to Secondary Care services such as Orthopaedics and Rheumatology.

We are here to save lives, support communities and prevent suicide. We provide a range of services fundamental to our three main aims of prevention, intervention and supporting those bereaved by suicide.
Adult Autism Diagnostic Service
We assess people over the age of 18 years old, for potential Autism Spectrum Disorder. This includes: • Adults who have longstanding difficulties managing change • Adults who find social interaction and communication problematic • Adults who may have additional sensory differences. The service is available in Newcastle, North Tyneside, Northumberland, Sunderland, South Tyneside and Gateshead."
