Sunderland Recovery College

Sunderland Recovery College offer courses, workshops and drop-in classes to the residents of Sunderland with mental health problems. All of their courses are peer led which means that at least one of the instructors has personally experienced, or witnessed, mental health problems in their lives. They pride themselves on being a safe place for people to come and network and learn, as they move through their recovery journey. All of their courses are provided free of charge.
